THE VALUE OF A ROBUST VALUATION... A valuation helps you start a conversation... While a robust valuation can help you negotiate and close a deal, a weak or unsubstantiated valuation can set you back. A robust valuation is key to successful transactions... With a valuation you can rely on, you have an essential pricing tool at your disposal that will enable you to present credible price information and make informed decisions when it matters. With a valuation, you can put a price on the hard work you put into your business, and you can negotiate with conviction when selling, purchasing, or exchanging the business. A valuation also gives third-party insights and support when a merger or an acquisition is involved, when pricing stock compensation, or when formalizing business plans. A valuation is not just for businesses. Individuals use valuations for estate planning, in bankruptcy, in matrimonial dissolution, and for other financial planning purposes such as retirement planning. In addition, a valuation can help you with tax reporting requirements. Simply fill out and submit the form at the bottom of this page for a free quote, and get your valuation report started! VALUATION FOR INDIVIDUALS AND BUSINESSES
BigRock Financial prepares robust valuations for small and medium-size businesses, individuals, estates and trusts. Our first step is to get to know your business in depth and identify the drivers of value in your business. We also take into account economic factors and industry data from trusted sources. Finally, we compare three different valuation approaches and a number of selected valuation methods. Our goal is to arrive at a final value of your business that is well supported and that you can use with confidence. Is the valuation reflecting value correctly? Is the price accurate? Valuation is both an art and a science. These are questions our reports answer for our Clients. BigRock Financial performs valuation engagements in accordance with the Statements on Standards for Valuation Services (SSVS) of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), so Clients can trust the values given in reports and rely on them. SSVS are valuation standards that have long been established, and they are used in judicial, legal, and business settings across the country. VALUATION REPORTS
BigRock Financial recognizes that, depending on their use, not all valuation reports require the same depth of analysis and detail. To accommodate our Clients, we offer two types of reports, both priced at a flat fee. You will be asked to provide financial and other information so we can prepare your report for you. Level I Report This is a report at an affordable cost with streamlined procedures and a quick turnaround, usually between 6 and 10 days. The Level I Report is very well suited to financial planning, estate planning, strategic and exit planning, or for listing a business for sale. Please note that the Level I report is not appropriate in complex situations or when a higher level of detail is necessary in the report. Level II Report This is a comprehensive report available at a higher cost due to the extent of the procedures involved. It is necessary when a report might be subject to scrutiny, or when a high level of detail is required, for example in a complex divorce, in litigation, direct negotiations, or in the more complex business buy or sell situations. The table below highlights the main differences between Level I Reports and Level II Reports. If you are unsure of which type of report is best suited to your needs, please contact admin@bigrockfinancialcom or call 1.888.410.1240.
